You’re not alone

Does this sound familiar?

Children do not always have the words to explain what is happening inside. Sometimes worry and overwhelm show up in everyday moments.

  • Your child worries about school
  • Big emotions quickly become overwhelming
  • Confidence has taken a knock
  • Friendships feel difficult
  • Changes and transitions feel hard
  • You are unsure where to turn next

You do not need to have all the answers before getting in touch. The first step is simply helping Hayley understand your child and what life currently feels like for them.
