What families and settings say about Helping Little Minds

The most important measure of the work is how children feel and how families and education settings experience the support.

In their own words

The difference thoughtful support can make

Hayley has been amazing with our son and has honestly changed our family dynamic to a much more settled and controlled environment while giving us and him the tools to deal with all the feelings that come with being a parent and a 10 year old child!

We sought out Hayley after our son had difficulties dealing with a lot of big emotions and we wanted to find some coping mechanisms for him to help him and us and that is exactly what Hayley has provided.

Our son has loved your sessions and we all feel like it’s helped so much! He copes differently now and the code words you worked with him on to design and use work a treat!

Hayley is always on hand if things aren’t going smoothly on a certain day to provide some sanity and level headed advice! We have also loved the reactive nature of being able to text before sessions to ask to work on issues in real time as they have been happening that week!

It’s amazing to know that we have someone as a family who is there when we need help and advice now and in the future. Knowing we all have Hayley that we can come to is such a relief!

As a parent I can honestly say asking for help isn’t easy but we are so glad we reached out - our son needed to have some support that we couldn’t provide and he found it in Hayley!

I would recommend Hayley for anyone with a child that is struggling no matter how little - she is amazing!

Hayley has been working with the children at both Friezland and Green Forest Pre School for a whole term. Hayley works with the 3 and 4 year old children. All the children absolutely adore her sessions and her warm, endearing, calming presence helps the children feel at ease and enjoy each session throughly.

Each sessions is tailored to focus on a different emotion and different techniques to help self regulate. The children have gone on to use the breathing techniques they have learned to help regulate themselves as they navigate a busy day at pre-school. They are fun and enjoyable for everyone, the staff included!

We are delighted that Hayley will be returning in September to our pre schools to continue delivering these high quality focused sessions.
